Vietpadel Loyalty Offers - Terms & Conditions

Vietpadel now offers 6 loyalty schemes. They are as follows

1. Group Classes
   Members
   Attend 10 group classes, get one free
   
   Non Members
   Attend 12 group classes, get one free
   
    
2. Private Lesson
   Members
   Complete 10 private lessons, receive a 500k voucher for Vietpadel
   (can be used for lessons or in our shop)
   
   
   Non Members
   Complete 12 private lessons, receive a 500k voucher for Vietpadel
   (can be used for lessons or in our shop)
   
    
3. Tournaments
   Members
   Compete in 10 tournaments, receive one tournament free
   
   Non Members
   Compete in 12 tournaments, receive one tournament free
   
    
4. Americanos
   Members
   Compete in 10 Americanos, receive a 250k voucher for Vietpadel
   (can be used for lessons or in our shop)
   
   Non Members
   Compete in 12 Americanos, receive a 250k voucher for Vietpadel
   (can be used for lessons or in our shop)
   
   
    
5. Hours of Play
   Members
   Complete 30 hours of play, receive 1 hour of a group lesson for free
   
   Non Members
   Complete 34 hours of play, receive 1 hour of group lesson for free
   
    
6. VPR Ranking Matches
   Members
   Complete 20 VPR matches (best of 3 sets) and receive a 250k voucher for Vietpadel
   (can be used for lessons or in our shop)
   
   Non Members
   Complete 22 VPR matches (best of 3 sets) and receive a 250k voucher for Vietpadel
   (can be used for lessons or in our shop)
   
    

Rules & Regulations

The loyalty cards begin on April 29th 2024. We will not retrospectively add anything from before this date.

 

Players can only receive one stamp for a session. 

• For example, if you play in an Americano, this will only count as an Americano - you will not also receive a stamp for hours of play.
   
• If you were to attend 2 group lessons back-to-back, you will receive 2 group lesson stamps.
   
• If you were to attend a group lesson, and then stay on court to play for 1 hour once the lesson has ended, you can receive 1 group lesson stamp and then 1 hour of play stamp.
   

Hours of play count as privately arranged matches, which do not fall under any other category. 

For Tournaments, you will receive 1 stamp per category you enter.


For Private lessons, you will receive a stamp that can be an individual lesson or if you are part of a group of 2

For private lessons with 3 or 4 players, this will qualify as a group lesson for all players involved.

All private and group lessons must take place with a Vietpadel coach, and not an external coach.

Once we have the League tournament up and running, matches played in these will count as VPR ranking matches.
 

For group Lessons lasting 1 hour, you will receive 1 stamp. For a 2 hour group lesson, you will receive 2 stamps. For a 90 minute lesson, you will receive ? stamp.

Stamps must be collected on the same day as your play, unless directed otherwise by staff. In this case, a message will be sent by staff to you via whatsapp or zalo to confirm that the stamp will be given to you with a delay. 

All players on one court must agree to the same stamp being collected. For example, if you play a VPR Ranking match, you could all choose to collect 2 hours of play instead, but it cannot be a split of 3-1, or 2-2 choosing different things.
