Booking online help center

For online booking please follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Sign up for an account - Fill in your contact information -

Step 2 - Purchase Credit - input number of credit you would like. Please note that your credit is unlimited in time, so don't hesitate to top up!!

Step 3 - Choose your method of payment : 

       By Cash/Transfer: Your credits will be available after we receive the payment

       By online: Your credit will be confirmed instantly.

Step 4 - Book your pitch online and enjoy your account area (profile, match record,court booking history, calculated rating level..)

Step 5 - See you on the pitch

* NOTE:

FULL COURT BOOKING:

- Non-members can now book 1 slot of the court or the full court anytime and anywhere following the online booking system.

CANCELATION

- In case you want to cancel the booking: 48 hours before your booking schedule, your credits will be refund automatically. Passing that timeline, there won't be any refund.

- In case you have paid and experience adverse weather such as rain, we will have the following policies:

     + You play under light rain, if it is too wet on the pitch and the ball doesn't bounce anymore, we will re-credit you back, if you played less than 30min we recredit you 1 hour

     + If you play more than 30 min we recredit you 30 min

     + If you play more than 45 min we do not refund.

     + In case you are not showing up and the court is playable, we do not refund you!

     + In case it is absolutely storming text or call the office to know the situation and they will be a re-credit.
