Online booking - With our online booking you have the possibility to find players online and join them for a fun game!

How does it work?

You can see in real time availabilities of Vietpadel's pitches and book a spot to secure your game.

You can take part of a game and find new players of your level, the same way that online rooms works (chess online rooms or poker online rooms)

You can give records of your game to our staff and get your matches and score stored online.

Your level rating is changing with the results of your games.

For online booking please follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Sign up for an account - Fill in your contact information -

Step 2 - Purchase Credit - There are 2 ways to buy credit: Choose pre-suggested packages or click "Other" to enter the number of points you need to buy.

Step 3 - Choose your method of payment : 

       By Cash: Your account will be available after the payment

       By online: Your account will be confirmed instantly.

Step 4 - Book your pitch online and enjoy your account area (profile, match record,court booking history, calculated rating level..)

Step 5 - See you on the pitch

* NOTE:

- When the online payment is completed, the player should note to confirm in the "Return to book the court" section. Credit will automatically be credited to your account.

- Each account can only participate in one slot, the court will lock when 4 players are joining the court.

- In case you want to cancel the booking, you must cancel 48 hours before the points will be refunded to Credit.

- In case you have paid and experience adverse weather such as rain, we will have the following policies:

     + You play under light rain, if it is too wet on the pitch and the ball doesn't bounce anymore, we will re-credit you back, if you played less than 30min we recredit you 1 hour

     + If you play more than 30 min we recredit you 30 min

     + If you play more than 45 min we do not refund.

     + In case you are not showing up and the court is playable, we do not refund you!

     + In case it is absolutely storming text or call the office to know the situation and they will be a re-credit.
